Original Artwork Sales

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact Joyce Casey within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging materials so that a claim may be initiated with the shipping carrier.

Shipping

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or specified on individual listings.

Color Representation

Every effort has been made to accurately represent the colors and details of the artwork. Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on individual monitor and screen settings.

Care & Preservation

Original drawings are professionally matted and presented in archival protective sleeves. To ensure long-term preservation, artwork should be framed using conservation-quality materials and displayed away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Avoid touching the surface of the artwork, as natural oils from the skin may damage delicate media such as pastel, graphite, and colored pencil.

Mosaic Artwork Care

Original mosaics may be dusted regularly using a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. If needed, glass surfaces may be gently cleaned using a lightly damp cloth. Due to the nature of mosaic materials, some pieces may contain textured surfaces or exposed edges. Please handle artwork with care during unpacking, framing, and installation.
